I would like to give credit to a job well done! We were looking for a company to build a website for our insurance agency ...they gave us a tour & we were very impressed with their portfolio and the many websites they have helped other insurance agencies build. The team of professionals at Alicor Solutions made this an easy and quick process; they had our site up and running within a week’s time.

Our site has been live for about three weeks now and we have received many requests for insurance quotes because of it. They used their expertise with word placement while building our site and also educated us on what we could do to get better placement with search engines. We love the website Alicor Solutions built for our agency & the rate Alicor Solutions charged to build the site was more than fair and the business we are getting from the site has more than paid for the site itself.

I am extremely pleased with them. They are super affordable compared to some of the website builder options out there. Their service is excellent! I really value great service and they have always responded very quickly when I have needed assistance.

I test their service aspect quite regularly as I am having them consistently make updates and improvements to our site and two other sites (both are miles ahead of our local competitor’s site) that they have developed for me. Our motivation to change web hosts came after learning we should have never given up administrative control of our domain. Alicor Solutions returned administrative control back to us and added so much more functionality. We have the flexibility to make changes to our site without involving them directly; it is easy to use - very nice. For more involved changes or requests, they can be reached by phone or email or directly through the site by submitting a ‘work order ticket’ describing what you’d like to - you have an answer back or your request is done.

As a Hawksoft user – we are using our own site’s “Secure Forms” to input a prospect’s auto or home information. The switch to Alicor has been great and I’d recommend them to all Hawksoft users. We have more traffic to the site and find that current clients are actually using it to communicate with us. Personally, I enjoy having the blog, a place to post newsletters and the flexibility to change the text anywhere on the site.
