All order forms on Alicor Solutions, LLC (www.alicorsolutions.com) utilize a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to provide "secure sessions" for our visitors. Through the "secure session," information that you input into a alicorsolutions.com order form will be sent and will arrive privately and unaltered at a server. We employ industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information. This security prohibits other companies and Web users from being able to access your information. We are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. Alicor Solutions, LLC will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Website Terms of Service

The Terms of Service (TOS) are the rules and regulations that specify guidelines for using our shared hosting services. All use of our shared hosting services is subject to these terms. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to all parts. Use of Alicor Solutions, LLC services implies agreement with these terms. In order to make sure our systems/servers run smoothly, we have to set and enforce rules. These rules are here to protect our customers.

The use of hosting services from Alicor Solutions, LLC constitutes agreement to these terms.

1. Account Setup / Email on File

We will setup your account after we have received payment (unless otherwise agreed) and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address, which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times.

2. Content

All services provided by Alicor Solutions, LLC may only be used for lawful purposes.  The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alicor Solutions, LLC from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that in our judgment that is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice.

Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography. Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice and the account terminated with or without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

3. Payment Information

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Alicor Solutions, LLC, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. If the Order provides for credit/debit card billing, Customer authorizes Alicor Solutions, LLC to bill subsequent fees to the credit/debit card on or after the first day of each successive billing cycle during the Term of this Agreement.  You agree that until and unless you notify Alicor Solutions, LLC of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be done in writing or via email from the email account on file. Alicor Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount with at least 60 days notice to the client.

All accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be automatically suspended until full payment has been received. Clients will be automatically charged unless a cancellation request has been sent to support@alicorsolutions.com, and we have confirmed your request. Cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to your next billing date.

In situations where the card number is declined, an invoice will be sent with notification of the declined transaction. The user will then be contacted to make alternative payment arrangements. If payment is not made within 30 days of the card failing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Any abuse of our staff or servers in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any account by giving the customer 60 days notice. This notice will include any website design information or domain name login information sent to the customer that is needed to transfer their website to another hosting provider. We will NOT send any proprietary information including, but not limited to, custom programs, custom coding, Secure Form Solutions forms, database information or any other proprietary Alicor Solutions, LLC information.

Customers may cancel at any time with 30 days notice via email from the correct email that was submitted during sign up, calling in with the account holder security question or by canceling in the clients admin area. Alicor Solutions, LLC gives you an unconditional 15-day money back guarantee if there has been no work performed on website design. There are no refunds on administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests after 15 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time on a case-by-case basis.  For cancellations after 15 days, Alicor Solutions, LLC reserves the right to NOT provide refunds for partial usage.  Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Any pre-paid maintenance fees paid do not qualify for refunds and if any amounts are deemed refundable are only on a case-by-case basis. Pre-paid maintenance fees are not automatically refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Websites and accounts that are canceled will be deleted from our server 60 days after cancellation. The client CANNOT copy or use on another server the forms - both customer service and quote - that are supplied by Alicor Solutions, LLC. All the forms supplied by Alicor Solutions, LLC are for use only on websites hosted on Alicor Solutions, LLC servers and platforms.

In addition, whether a customer is canceled with us or still paying the maintenance fee, the customer cannont use our quote or customer service forms on their website hosted elsewhere. We also do not allow the linking of another website to our images stored in our database, including company logos and helpful links logos.

5. Resource Usage

Customers/users may not:

a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
b) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely hosted services are fully allowed.
c) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
d) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc.
e) Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.

6. Money Back Guarantee

Each of Alicor Solutions, LLC managed hosting plans carries a 15-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for monthly shared and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.

7. Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Alicor Solutions, LLC harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Alicor Solutions, LLC, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Alicor Solutions, LLC against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Alicor Solutions, LLC; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Alicor Solutions, LLC server.

8. Domain Names

If your domain name is registered with a third party registrar (ex - Network Solutions, Go Daddy), it is your responsibility to renew that domain name with them. Failure to renew a domain name with a third party registrar will cause your site and e-mail to become unavailable.

Domain names that are registered through Alicor Solutions, LLC will be managed and renewed by the client or us. Alicor Solutions, LLC or our affiliated domain registrar (Enom) will invoice you for the domain renewal. All domain names registered by Alicor Solutions, LLC for our customers are registered in the customer's name; therefore, the customer will be the official owner of the domain.

Privacy Guard can also included on all domain registrations and renewals in order to prevent your contact information (telephone and email address) from being collected by spammers or scammers that harvest data from the domain WHOIS database. This service would be included in the domain registration fee.

9.  Data Security

As part of our service Alicor offers forms that that can be used to communicate information from the website to the website owner. Alicor has taken precautions to provide a secure environment including, but not limited to: a) all website forms reside on websites protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and b) sensitive data fields are individually encrypted. Specifications on these measures are available upon request. Alicor Solutions cannot manage password vulnerabilities that could occur via our customers who use the forms, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of the information submitted through the forms. Your decision to use the forms provided by Alicor Solutions (Secure Form Solutions) is done so with this understanding.  

10. Changes to the TOS

Alicor Solutions, LLC reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
